RETURNS

Returns and refunds are only accepted if you’re item has been seriously damaged by the conditions of transport,
contact us.

• Please note all customized products at the customer's request are not returned nor exchanged.

• We reserve the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any wayor have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. 

• Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

 

REFUNDS

We offer refunds in case of debit or receipt for the order of an unavailable item, Mana Saint Tropez agrees to offer a credit or refund the customer within 15 days.
