• Please note all customized products at the customer's request are not returned nor exchanged.

• We reserve the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any wayor have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

• Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

• We offer refunds in case of debit or receipt for the order of an unavailable item, Mana Saint Tropez agrees to offer a credit or refund the customer within 15 days.

We prepare and ship your purchase within 24-48 hours during the business days. For customized items period could take longer depending on the personalization. The customer will be notified by e-mail as soon as the shipment of his parcel is done and will receive the order tracking number to be informed of the proper delivery of his parcel.

• We deliver the products in all France, including Corsica, Switzerland, the countries of the European Union and abroad.

• Modes of delivery work via La Poste or DHL express, delivery charges for each order will depend of each invoice, size and weight of your order. They each vary depending on the destination. In this case, the costs will be your responsibility and will be displayed in the summary of your order at the checkout point.

• Customs charges for orders inside and outside the European Union: All prices are in Euros and include the VAT (20 %) at the payment of your order. Mana Saint-Tropez is being physically unable to provide customers with accurate information on the total amount of fees related to customs duties, formalities and import taxes applicable in the country where the delivery is requested. Payment of these fees, which may be necessary for the entry of products ordered in the delivery territory, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
